Blue Air partners with Branchspace to transform their online flight booking and management experience
London – 7 February 2019 – Branchspace Limited, a leading provider of digital retail software and services to the travel industry, announced today that its Digital Experience Platform, Triplake, has been successfully implemented by Blue Air, the largest Romanian airline by the number of transported passengers.
Blue Air selected Triplake for its customer-centric experience, smooth end-to-end booking process, comprehensive flight ancillary offering and ability to seamlessly integrate with Navitaire and a wide variety of third-party ancillary and payment service providers. With Triplake’s extensive customisation and personalisation capabilities, Blue Air can better sell its comprehensive range of air ancillaries online and drastically reduce the amount of time it takes to introduce new products and services, helping it execute more quickly on its growth strategy in Europe.
Tailored specifically to Blue Air and focussed initially on optimising the desktop and tablet experience, Triplake has enabled several advanced selling capabilities, including selling and upgrading dynamic product bundles, context-driven payment provider selection, and sophisticated flight rebooking and upgrades.
Speaking about the platform, Blue Air Sales Director Iulia Muntean said: “As Blue Air continues to invest in providing our passengers with the best travel experience onboard our flights, we are also focused on delivering outstanding digital experiences. In order to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performance, we have been determined to find the best solutions for our company, partners and clients. And we are pleased that we chose to partner with Branchspace! The company is as committed as we are in offering the best experiences to our passengers, even before they step on board. Thanks to Branchspace’s expertise within the airline industry and in eCommerce, we succeeded in implementing an innovative solution that enables a personalised and unified customer experience.”
Branchspace’s CTO David Turton added: “Branchspace is incredibly excited to be working with the Blue Air team to transform their digital sales and servicing capabilities using the Triplake Digital Experience Platform. As a forward-thinking European airline with ambitious growth plans, Blue Air is the perfect partner with which to collaborate to ensure that our platform can deliver engaging customer experiences and market-leading flexibility and control.”
In 2019 Blue Air will benefit from significant upgrades to Triplake, including the Dynamic Presentation Engine which will enable sophisticated context-driven optimisation display of key components such as flight ancillaries and payment options. Furthermore, Triplake’s Experience Analytics Engine will provide Blue Air with deeper insights on its customers and allow the airline to drive a more engaging experience through the display of targeted contextual messages and offers.
