A lot has happened in the past year, and we're thrilled to share some project and product highlights. We have launched our digital commerce platform, Triplake, with several customers this year. Triplake Client Activations

  • Triplake On the Go and Full-Suite: February was the public launch of the mobile apps for KM Malta and Oman Air. The activations resulted in dynamic retailing and ancillary capabilities, new flight routes, effective orchestration of multiple forms of payment and improved loading speeds and security across
  • Triplake Digital Web and Loyalty Enablement: In May, we went live with Air Mauritius' holistic web and loyalty portal redesign. This digital transformation was made possible by enhanced SEO, personalised destination offers and a fully integrated Loyalty member portal and dashboard for a seamless experience.

New and Updated Triplake Modules: We've introduced four new Triplake modules, designed to empower our clients to tackle the industry's most pressing challenges head-on.

  • Triplake Shop & Fly: An intuitive experience across the entire travel shopping experience, from trip inspiration, booking, check-in and servicing. Travel preferences evolve along with consumer behaviours and preferences, making up-selling, cross-selling and repeat purchases seamless.
  • Triplake Shop & Fly - Check-in: A stress-free check-in experience before travellers even arrive at the airport. With full automation, from immigration document upload and boarding pass download to last-minute purchases, airlines can focus on personalisation and real-time updates on the day of travel.
  • Triplake Control Hub: Put your teams in charge of their digital channels and minimise vendor dependence. Easily test and activate new dynamic retailing content, flows, third-party integrations and more. Stay connected with travellers with Message Displays for 1-2-1 alerts and feedback.
  • Triplake SkyMetrix Live: Real-time data and analytics services for live product and performance management, continuous optimisation of conversion and revenue, and actionable UX insights covering the entire customer journey and touchpoints.

Triplake Modules in Development: We have several modules in the pipeline and are excited to unveil these powerful solutions in the New Year.

  • Triplake Digital Identity: An end-to-end solution with systems and products for travellers to move away from legacy and paper-based forms of identification. This module combines personal data, travel preferences, loyalty information and biometric authentication to streamline interactions, such as check-in, security, immigration customs and boarding.
  • Triplake Stop & Stay: Our holistic solution for a Stopover program will enable airlines to become local heroes, and increase destination awareness and direct bookings.
