IATA has introduced innovation as a service for aviation to support transformation and innovation for a sustainable future of the industry in a dynamically changing environment. There is a clear recognition that airlines must exceed their customers’ expectations. and “airline retailing using modern technology is the solution”, as stated by Stephan Copart, Head of Digital Transformation at IATA.

As an IATA strategic partner, Branchspace is enabling airlines to enhance the customer experience. Branchspace wants to connect faster with airlines and push forward the much-needed change in the travel industry. Member airlines will be able to easily redefine their digital experience with powerful retailing tools and next-gen functionalities. The main goal of this partnership is, in the end, to make airlines sell more flights and ancillary products, be able to react instantly to shifts in market and technology, and lower the total cost of ownership. All through the activation of a state-of-the-art digital experience. With IATA, the journey to power airline innovation will be taken at a much faster pace. To serve the airline industry with digital reinvented solutions.

"We are excited that as an IATA strategic partner we are able to actively shape, transform and drive the future for the airline and travel ecosystem. With our deep technology and airline business expertise we can help airlines to define a successful digital journey and make innovation and customer-centricity a reality”, confirms Ursula Silling, CEO of Branchspace.
