The Role

What we
are looking for

The key goal of this role is to create compelling, SEO-optimised content that drives organic traffic, enhances brand visibility, and supports Branchspace's marketing objectives. You will be responsible for producing high-quality blogs, editing and creating content across multiple formats, and developing strategies to capture leads while supporting sales initiatives.

What the
role involves

You will be responsible for:

  • Blog Writing & Content Creation:
    • Researching and writing engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts tailored to our target audience and aligned with Branchspace’s content strategy.
    • Developing content calendars and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality articles.
    • Collaborating with internal teams to source insights, ideas, and expertise to enrich written content.
  • SEO Management:
    • Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
    • Optimising blog posts, landing pages, and website content for search engines.
    • Monitoring performance metrics and refining strategies to improve rankings and engagement.
  • Content Editing & Strategy:
    • Editing and refining content across formats to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Repurposing existing content into different formats, such as infographics, guides and social media posts.
    • Ensuring all content produced supports broader marketing goals and resonates with the target audience.
  • Lead Generation Strategy & HubSpot Management:
    • Developing and executing strategies to capture and nurture leads through content and campaigns.
    • Adding leads generated from events, campaigns, and other activities into HubSpot while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Content Distribution & Promotion:
    • Supporting email marketing campaigns by crafting engaging copy and content.
    • Promoting content across social media platforms to maximise reach and engagement.
    • Analysing campaign performance and adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Marketing & Sales Support:
    • Assisting in the creation of case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral.
    • Providing proofreading and quality assurance for marketing materials.
    • Keeping content archives and toolkits organised and up to date.

What experience is required

You have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in content marketing and SEO-focused activities, with a demonstrated ability to build processes and workflows from the ground up.
  • Extensive experience managing and optimising social media campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in using data-driven methodologies to create scalable and measurable content strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the sales cycle and marketing frameworks, including lead generation and nurturing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (eg.  Webflow) and general affinity with digital technology and travel.
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, ideally within retail or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with the aviation or travel industries is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
