The Role

What we
are looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is an initial 3-month position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

What the
role involves

You will be responsible for:

·       Outbound Prospecting: Executing cold outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to pre-prospected lists of airline contacts, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products & solutions.

·       Research & Qualification: Conducting in-depth research on target airlines using various resources, including news articles, industry publications (e.g., T2RL), and our internal CRM (HubSpot), to identify key decision-makers, understand their current challenges, and tailor outreach efforts.

·       Lead Qualification: Qualifying inbound leads based on pre-defined criteria, ensuring they align with our ideal customer profile.

·       Meeting Generation: Securing qualified meetings for our sales team with key decision-makers at target airlines.

·       CRM Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all activities (calls, emails, meetings) in HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and enabling effective tracking of progress.

What experience is required

About You:

·       Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

·       A flexible person who thinks outside the box and possesses a real can-do attitude

·       At least 2 years experience in sales-oriented activities

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Good knowledge of the sales cycle and sales and marketing methodologies

·       Experience with CRM, social media, and general affinity with digital technology and travel

·       Ideally experience in a fast-moving retail environment

·       Experience in aviation and travel is an added benefit

·       Full Fluency in English

·       Ability to multitask and work independently
